Using JadeFunds

You may use the JadeFunds website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the security, availability, and integrity of the platform. If you create or manage an account for a church, you are responsible for making sure your users are authorized to access that church’s information.

Church accounts and users

Churches are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter, import, connect, upload, approve, or report through JadeFunds. Administrators should assign roles carefully, remove access when a person no longer needs it, and review who can see sensitive finance information.

Not professional advice

JadeFunds may provide tools, workflows, reports, summaries, and educational content. Those materials are for operational support and general information. They are not accounting, tax, legal, investment, audit, or financial advice. Your church remains responsible for its own books, controls, filings, reports, and decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload malicious code, abuse support channels, scrape the service, reverse engineer the platform, or use JadeFunds to store information you are not authorized to process.

Third-party services

JadeFunds may connect with third-party services such as banks, data providers, payment processors, email tools, scheduling tools, hosting providers, or analytics providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. JadeFunds is not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.

Payments and subscriptions

If your church purchases a paid plan, pricing, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and included limits will be described at signup, in an order form, or in another written agreement. Fees are generally tied to access, team size, and organizational complexity.

Intellectual property

The JadeFunds name, website, software, design, documentation, workflows, and related materials are owned by JadeFunds or its licensors. Your church keeps ownership of the data it provides to JadeFunds, subject to the rights needed for us to provide and support the service.

Service changes and availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or service. We work to keep JadeFunds reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JadeFunds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Any liability will be limited to the amount your church paid for the service during the period allowed by applicable law or agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date above shows when the latest version was posted. Continued use of the website or service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
