Privacy Policy
This policy explains how JadeFunds collects, uses, shares, and protects information when churches visit our website, request a demo, contact us, or use JadeFunds services.
Last updated: May 26, 2026
Information we collect
We may collect contact information, organization information, account credentials, support messages, demo requests, billing-related information, and website usage data. If your church uses JadeFunds, the service may also process church finance information such as transactions, funds, budgets, receipts, notes, reports, users, roles, and review activity.
How we use information
We use information to operate JadeFunds, respond to requests, schedule demos, provide support, secure accounts, maintain audit and review workflows, improve the product, send service-related communications, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Church finance data
Church finance data is used to provide and improve JadeFunds for the organization that supplied it. We do not use a church’s transaction details, giving designations, receipts, or internal finance notes to market unrelated products to that church’s members.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and product, such as hosting, analytics, support, scheduling, payment, security, email, and infrastructure providers. If your church enables connected services, we may share data with those services as needed to provide the feature. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, preferences, performance, analytics, and embedded scheduling tools. More detail is available in our Cookie Policy.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfect, but we work to limit access to people and providers who need it for legitimate business or service reasons. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and audit records.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or export of information associated with your organization. Some requests may need to be handled by the church account owner or administrator, especially where the information belongs to a church workspace.
